Alec Baldwin Purchases New Home for $11.7 Million

Actor Alec Baldwin has just purchased a new home in the trendy West Village neighborhood of New York City. The haute star paid $11.7 million for his new pad and insider pictures reveal that the place was worth every penny. The 4,137-square-foot home is a one-of-a-kind duplex that spans the 12th and penthouse floors of the prewar condo conversion and include a large dining room, two master bedroom suites, a fireplace and a spacious upstairs den. The entire place was decorated by StudioB, an environmentally conscious design and build team.
