On September 14th, Daniel Johnnes, The Director of one of New York’s finest wine teams at Daniel Boulud’s restaurant, Daniel, welcomes you to a very special dinner at which the head sommelier from each of Daniel Boulud’s restaurants will select and serve their favorite wines.
This lively and informative evening with Sommeliers Rajeev Vaidya (DANIEL), Blue Pilkington (Café Boulud), Mariya Kovacheva (Café Boulud, Palm Beach), Michael Madrigale (Bar Boulud & Boulud Sud), Alexander Lapratt (db Bistro Moderne), and Kerrie O’Brien (DBGB Kitchen and Bar). We will each present a pair of our favorite wines as the centerpiece of a five course menu at DANIEL.
Highlights will include 1er and Grand Cru Burgundies, great Rhone wines, German Rieslings, Grower and Grande Marque Champagne and cutting edge wines you may never have heard of, each providing a glimpse of what lies within these sommeliers’ hearts and minds.
