Scott Conant Brings All-Clad’s First Food Truck to New York and New Jersey

From September 9 through October 1, All-Clad is taking a food truck around New York City and New Jersey to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

The food truck is bound to be a huge success considering it will be carrying free food from major chefs like Gavin Kaysen of Café Boulud, James Kent of Eleven Madison Park and Christina Tosi from Momofuku Milk Bar.

On September 9, customers will be treated with a special appearance by Scott Conant who will be serving up his popular spinach and ricotta gnudi dish. The truck will be located outside the uptown Bloomingdales (Third Ave. entrance) from noon through 2 p.m.

Conant is one of New York’s most beloved and respected chefs known for creating food that is unexpected and soulful. In 2008 he opened Scarpetta in New York after working 15 years in some of the city’s best Italian restaurants.

To be a part of this special occasion, keep an eye on All-Clad’s Twitter and Facebook accounts where they will reveal the rest of the chefs and locations as the food truck moves along.
