Haute Yachts: The Superior, Sleek and Sporty Wally//One

Luxury power and sailing yacht-maker Wally has just unveiled the full specifications for the iconic Wally//One day boat, which promises superior performance, technology, comfort and space.

As the sleeker, sporty successor to the Wally//Tendor, Wally//One will be presented at the Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes. The yacht was specifically designed to give users more for less, reducing heft and fuel consumption while emphasizing speed limits and style.

The Wally//One has a cockpit outfitted with control panels veneered with carbon fiber and accented with satin steel switches. The view from the helm has a distinctly sporting aesthetic to match its superior speed capabilities and sleek exterior design.

The yacht also has multi-functional Yanmar instruments and hydraulic steering and trim systems. Operational navigational equipment is also available including Simrad Chartplotter and Autopilot systems in addition to Broadband 3G Radar and Depth Sounder sensor.

Wally//One provides users with an exceptionally smooth ride thanks to the revamped hull design that incorporates swift lines and a deep vertical bow. The boat is able to reach speeds of 47 knots due to the Yanmar V8 twin turbo engines that work in tandem. There is also an optional Bimini top, constructed of a carbon fiber weave that is supported by carbon fiber struts for increased strength and reduced vibration.

Increased deck space, both forward and aft, allows guests to walk freely around the deck. For those who like to customize their water toys, optional bells and whistles include a removable forward cockpit table with folding seats and forward cushions for eight guests to dine in comfort and style. Awnings with carbon fiber stanchions are also available for forward and aft sunbathing areas.

Inside, the cabin features flooring and interior panels finished in soft, supple nubuck leather and fixtures and fitting crafted from satin steel. The outdoor carbon fiber is echoed in the bathroom area of the cabin where utilities include sink, head, shower and illuminated mirror.

Additional add-ons include an integrated sound system with iPod connectivity, Nespresso machine and on-deck refrigerator.
