Haute Event: Jamie Foxx Leads the Star-Studded Fight Weekend at Tao

Jamie Foxx provides an impromptu performance after the Mayweather versus Ortiz boxing match at Tao.

A big fight weekend in Vegas always brings out the notable names, and last night, it was no different at Tao, Lavo and Marquee Nightclub.

Christina Milian helped a friend celebrate her bachelorette party at Tao Beach at the Venetian. The singer and her girlfriends soaked in the rays while enjoying signature dishes and cocktails at the hot spot.

Marlon Wayans, comedian Kevin Hart and Antawn Jamison of the Cleveland Cavaliers were spotted at Marquee Dayclub at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

At Tao, Christina Aguilera dined with boyfriend Matthew Rutler and a group of friends in the Asian bistro’s private dining room before heading to a skybox in the nightclub.

Christina Milian also dined at Tao with friends, sipping Lychee martinis while enjoying Yellowtail jalapeno, Kobe rib eye and more.

Jamie Foxx thrilled a packed club once again. The actor and singer fueled up at Tao on coconut shrimp and pad Thai before taking charge of the nightclub from a VIP table on the dance floor.  Foxx grabbed the mic and then along with DJ Vice took the club on a musical journey that lasted for more than two hours and included spraying party goers with Champagne. As he had drinks delivered to lovely ladies in the club he told the crowd, “Some of you are going to miss your flight tomorrow. That will be because of me.” Spotted in his group were UFC fighter Rashad Evans and former UFC Octagon Girl Rachelle Leah.

Rhys Coiro, best known for playing Billy Walsh on “Entourage” and who has a major role in the new film “Straw Dogs,” hosted a post fight party at Lavo at the Palazzo. The actor, who graciously took photos with tons of fans, dined with his wife Kat and friends at the Italian restaurant before taking over tables in the club.

The couple was surprised with two cakes, one celebrating the culmination of the HBO hit series and one for Kat, who was celebrating her birthday. They toasted with Champagne as DJ Reach told the crowd “Entourage” was his favorite show. Later in the night Rhys joined Reach in the booth.

At Marquee Nightclub, Tito Ortiz was spotted checking out headline DJ Kaskade, who was just voted America’s Best DJ 2011, while Jermaine O’Neal of the Boston Celtics took in the scene in the Boom Box Room.
