Yesterday was the grand opening of The Three Hens restaurant, located at 115 Lexington Avenue. The opening was a hit with lots of food, cocktails, and fashionable attendees. The atmosphere was fun, yet sophisticated, and everybody had a haute time.
What separates this restaurant from all the others is its dedication to farm fresh food along with a creative use of flavors and ingredients. Executive Chef, Colin Kruzic, known for his exceptional work at Nobu57 and Abe & Arthur’s, has worked very hard to breathe fun and life into The Three Hen’s menu, and it shows in every bite.
Although everything on the menu is absolutely divine, from the Eggs Benedict to the specialty cocktails, make sure to try Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie with Angostura Ice Cream. Stop by anytime – they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and their cocktails are some of the yummiest around.
