National Hotel Miami Beach is excited to begin hosting their new series featuring mixologist Julio Cabrera. Cabrera, the hotel’s master mixologist, will serve his inventive concoctions in the Martini Room at Blues Bar from 7-10 every Monday night.
An acclaimed mixologist with years of experience, Cabrera opened and managed his own bars across the US, worked as lead mixologist at restaurants Michy’s and Sra. Martinez, and later spent a time working in New York City. Today he invites Miami to join him at the National’s new merry series.
Cabrera’s signature libations, like Flamingo Mojitos, Jamaica Juleps and Asucas (his tribute to Celia Cruz), and many more will be $12 each. Guests are also invited to order from the week’s specialty menu, with fare like Lime Ceviche and Avocado Steak Tartar starting at $6 each. Each week, the series will feature a different theme. From 8-10 pm, guests will be entertained by theme-appropriate live music.
