Bellini Williams Island Finally Makes Its Come Back

William Island—located in ritzy Aventura has been a long time favorite for those locals down here in South Florida (not to mention that Aventura has some of the best beaches, dinning, and shopping there is)

This year, the Island is proudly moving forward with new developments—Bellini Williams Island, a 24 story building that will have somewhere around 70 units (original plans were posed to have this up by 2010). This is the first pre-construction development to actually hit South Florida in 2011.

The mastermind behind all this is none other than developer—Martin Margulies’, which has been credited for his successful works that involve, Grove Isle in Coconut Grove, Grand Bay Towers in Key Biscayne, and Bellini in Bal Harbour. This will be the last undeveloped built-up site on the island and One Sotheby’s International Realty will be in charge of marketing the projection.
