Ben Bridge Jewelers Celebrate 150th Anniversary of Italian Unification During “Gioiello” Week

In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the unification of the Italian region’s individual states into a single republic, Beverly Hills played host to “La Dolce Vita,” a weeklong tribute to all things Italian and haute. The Italian Ministry of Economic Development, the Italian Trade Commission and Cinecittà Luce joined forces with the Rodeo Drive Committee and the Beverly Hills Conference and Visitors Bureau to create this extensive and elaborate celebration of Italy’s birthday. From June 18 to 26, special events and offerings centered on Italian automobiles, fashion, food and film were available throughout the city.

As a part of La Dolce Vita’s “Gioiello Week” initiative, organized by the Italian Trade Commission, designs from the most respected Italian jewelers on Rodeo Drive and in Beverly Hills were on display. A select group of boutiques in Beverly Hills including Ben Bridge Jewelers, a longstanding Italian jewelry partner, joined in the celebration at their store in Santa Monica Place.

At Ben Bridge Jewelers, exquisite Italian lines were displayed during the week long promotion, and on June 23rd, a special cocktail reception was held that featured Italian music, wines and antipasti. Ben Bridge Jewelers opened in 1912 with the purpose of  offering the finest in jewelry values with special attention to personal service. Today, the brand carries more Registered Jewelers and Certified Gemologists of the American Gem Society (AGS) than any other jeweler in the country, and their selection of timepieces includes some of the most recognizable brands of watches in the world.
