A frozen cocktail is never far away when you’re at the resort pools at Wynn Las Vegas. The Citronade and the Strawberry “Crush” Mojito are perfect poolside cocktails. The Citronnade blends Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka, Cointreau Liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup, while the Strawberry “Crush” Mojito mixes Bacardi Dragon Berry Rum, mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice. Want to make your own simple syrup? Combine equal parts of fine granulated sugar with bottled water or regular granulated sugar with boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use. Keeps for up to one month.
