According to Diner’s Journal, the touted French bistro recently upgraded to the former One Ocean space on the corner of Bridgehampton’s Main Street and Ocean Drive. The main attraction proves to be the Hangar Steak, which can be served three ways: with sauce bordelaise and roasted shallots; au poivre, a spicy peppercorn sauce; or with crumbled Roquefort, which is steak covered in cheese.
