This city stays open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether you’re gambling, partying at the nightclubs or just have a hankering for a bite to eat at three in the morning, you can find it at one of these restaurants open all hours of the day in Las Vegas.

1 Café Bellagio

When your gourmet palette is calling out in the middle of the night, head to Cafe Bellagio with its views of the pool and gardens. Try casual classics such as breaded chicken tenders, spaghetti bolognese and roasted turkey with mashed potatoes are the perfect comfort food after a long night at the club and casino. You can go for something exotic with the tandoori chicken sandwich or seared Ahi tuna salad.

2 The Henry

When you want breakfast, lunch or dinner any time of day, head to this classic diner at Cosmopolitan. The Henry offers up chicken pot pie and truffle-deviled eggs any hour of the day. Here you can find old-school revamped classics such as the short rib Benedict with braised short ribs, hollandaise sauce and crispy potato cakes or the sustainably harvested salmon with seasonal market vegetables and Meyer lemon beurre blanc.

3 Du-par’s

This Downtown Vegas diner may serve breakfast all day, but we highly recommend the buttermilk pancakes. These light and fluffy flapjacks are rich and buttery, just the way they should be. Order up a short stack, pair it with a side of eggs and you have the perfect breakfast.

4 Cafe Cortez

For a taste of vintage Vegas, check out Café Cortez at the El Cortez, the hotel’s 24-hour diner and coffee shop. Here you can get a prime rib dinner that’s only $7.95, including a choice of soup or salad. The café also offers a fajita dinner for just $8.95, and a full Chinese menu is served made-to-order from 4 to 10 p.m. Café Cortez serves a limited graveyard menu Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Specials include two eggs with choice of bacon or sausage, breakfast potatoes and toast for $4.75; ham and two eggs, breakfast potatoes and toast for $7.25; and more.

5 Mr. Lucky’s 24/7

Closing time rarely has meaning in a town that operates 24/7. The same goes for Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 at the Hard Rock Hotel. You can find standard diner fare, such as burgers, sandwiches, pizza and breakfast items. And its not-so secret specials, such as the Gambler’s Special (an 8-ounce New York sirloin steak, three jumbo shrimp, salad, garlic mashed potatoes and a roll, all for a lucky $7.77), and the "bone yard specials" starting at $3.95 (served Monday through Thursday from 1 to 5 a.m.) are well worth ordering. Best of all, you can indulge in the a Vegas tradition with Mr. Lucky’s all-you-can-eat prime rib for only $9.99 any day of the week from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.
