Haute Event: Jamie Foxx at Tao; Aaron Paul at Lavo

Jamie Foxx hosts the after-fight party at Tao.

Saturday night Jamie Foxx hosted a post-fight party at Tao at the Venetian. After dining under the watchful eye of Tao’s famed Buddha, Foxx headed up to the nightclub with a large group of friends, including actor Tyrese Gibson. As he entered the club, he passed the deejay booth, grabbed a mic from DJ Vice and was shouting out to the crowd before he even made it to his VIP table on the dance floor. Foxx teamed up with Vice to put on a show for the packed crowd as he danced and sang to every song Vice threw his way. Champagne flowed at all of the tables on the dance floor, with Foxx even taking it upon himself to spray the crowd in front of him. Foxx stayed on the mic for more than two hours, keeping the party going until the early hours of the morning.

At Lavo at the Palazzo, Aaron Paul hosted a post-fight party of his own. The Emmy Award-winning actor and star of the AMC hit series Breaking Bad headed to Lavo after the fight for dinner with friends at the Italian eatery. After enjoying signatures dishes including the Kobe meatball, chicken parmagiano and bread pudding for dessert, they made their way upstairs to a table on the dance floor. The star took pictures with fans and his friends as DJ Reach gave him shout outs throughout the night.

Bill and Giuliana Rancic took over Lavo’s private dining room in celebration of Bill’s upcoming 40th birthday next week. The stars of the reality show Giuliana and Bill were joined by friends for the party, as well as cameras from the show that captured the festivities. They dined on favorites including tuna tartare and penne ala aodka and Bill was surprised with a birthday cake at the end of dinner.
