Chef Jonathan Eismann’s Pizza Classes at Spartico Make the Perfect Mother’s Day Gift

Heading to Louisville for the Kentucky Derby this weekend and leaving mom behind? Besides sending some flowers and a phone call, make up for your Mother’s Day absence with a pizza cooking class with Chef Jonathan Eismann at Spartico at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa. Chef Eismann will be hosting his second round of pizza classes with two classes being held next Saturday, May 14.

Be active in preparing your meal and surprise mom with something other than the typical yearly brunch. A Spartico apron and an Ambrogi wood burning oven will be waiting for guest chef’s personal take on the fresh ingredients and seasonally harvested grains in the kitchen.  If cooking has never been your thing, not to worry as guidance and the secrets to a perfect pizza will be served up from one of South Florida’s most well known chefs. All that work can definitely work up an appetite so while waiting for the pizza’s to cook, attendees will sit down and enjoy a four course meal including wine pairings.

And since you’ll already be at the Mayfair, why not book some time at the spa?  The Mayfair Spa is running Mother’s Day specials all month long so make a day of it and make mom forget that you were actually wearing your own Philip Treacy creation, betting on horses and sipping mint juleps in Kentucky on Mother’s Day.

The pizza cooking classes will be held on Saturday, May 14 from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 2 – 3:30 p.m.   RSVP by calling: (305) 779-5100
