Cannes Guests Sparkle in Swarovski for the Brand’s 12th Straight Year at the Festival

Swarvoski is making their 12th straight appearance at the Cannes Film Festival by continuing to deck out the festival’s radiant guests in their glamorous pieces. Additionally, they are once again hosting guests in their fabulous Swarovski Suite at the Hotel Martinez. This year the suite got a complete makeover, which resulted in an atmosphere even more stunning than the last.

The suite is covered in mirrors that span the ceiling and walls, creating an extraordinarily glamorous feel. Swarovski’s flawless crystals’ sparkles bounce around the room as a glitzy crystal curtain bathes the room in light. This boudoir-like suite will host both rising stars and established stars, who will enjoy access to a magnificent selection of gorgeous Swarovski pieces, which include couture items, precious clutch bags, and rich vintage treasures.

Also available in the suite are pieces from the coveted Atelier Swarovski collection, which boasts select items from esteemed designers including Karl Lagerfeld, Joseph Altuzarra, Jenny Manik Mercian, and more. All of these pieces come together to form an unparalleled collection for stars to bejewel themselves with. Last year, Swarovski completed the looks of gorgeous starlets such as Kristin Scott Thomas, Emmanuelle Béart, Eva Longoria, and Emily Blunt. This year, a number of glamorous stars are also glittering in Swarovski, including Penelope Cruz, Vanessa Hudgens, Gong Li, Aimee Mullins, Rachael Blake, and Sarah-Ann Schultz, amongst many others.

This year, Swarovski also celebrates the 64th Cannes Film Festival with an exclusive gift box for a select few actresses. Based on a five senses theme, the box is marked with the recipient’s initials in crystal and a special item indicative of each sense. For touch, the “Party Time” clutch is both festive and elegant. Sight is honored by a standout piece from Swarovski’s eyewear collection and the sense of smell is marked with a crystal bottle of their radiant Aura by Swarovski perfume. For taste, Pierre Hermé has transformed this scent into a delicate nougat while, for sound, Swarovski provides a soundtrack to The Wizard of Oz, in which Judy Garland began the marriage of Swarovski and cinema with her famed red crystal slippers.
