Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is hosting their own brunch, and as you’d expect, they’ll be offering up some twists on traditional favorites. So hurry and make your reservations, because you know that the closer you get to the big day, the more you’ll be salivating over these amazing selections.
From 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., you can celebrate the holiday along with family and friends at one of Orange County’s favorite restaurants. The prix fixe menu (which is just $32.95) includes a choice of wedge salad or fruit salad for an appetizer and five choices for the entree. Whether you choose stuffed french toast or a light and fluffy filet frittata (though we’d recommend the filet benedict pictured above), you know that Fleming’s will be giving those traditional dishes rich flavor and the best ingredients they can find. For dessert, there’s creme brulee, cheesecake or turtle pie, and the restaurant will also be debuting a new cocktail, the Fleming’s bellini.
In addition to that decadent menu, Fleming’s will also be offering a children’s menu for $15.95. So whether you choose something light like the frittata or you decide to indulge in the benedict, there’s no denying that a meal at Fleming’s is always a memorable one.
