A Baker’s Dozen Reasons to Love the Bakerhouse1650

The refurbished Baker House (formerly the J. Harper Poor Cottage) has been recognized as “Inn of the Month” by Travel and Leisure magazine is one of the oldest continuously occupied structures in the United States. Dating back to the earliest settlers of the Village of East Hampton, this makes for a particularly charming spot seasoned with hundreds of year’s worth of history.

But, no worries.

This boutique hotel is stocked to the brim with all of the luxe and contemporary enhancements that you desire.

Here is a dozen of my favorite things about the Bakerhouse, but no doubt upon your visit you’ll be adding another dozen of your own to the list.
