Fans of  the hot Chinese fare hotspot, Philippe by Philippe Chow in Jericho, recharge mid-day with the 2011 Lunch and Power Lunch, relax after 9-to-5 with an After Work Happy Hour, and get an early start on the evening with an indulgent three-course dinner from the Early Dinner Menu.

With its latest location in the who’s-who neighborhood of Jericho, New York located on the prestigious North Shore of Long Island, celebrity favorite Philippe by Philippe Chow is granting local foodies an exclusive taste of this culinary empire all day long.

The hotspot backed by celebrity partners Jerome “The Bus” Bettis (Former Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl Champion and NBC Personality) and Chauncey Billups (Denver Nuggets) caters to A-list celebrities such as Beyoncé, Lady Gaga and Oprah, as well as socialites, media and business moguls from New York City and has taken the prominent North Shore by storm.

THE PHILIPPTINI: Absolut vodka, lychee and fresh squeezed pineapple juice, triple sec, splash of Chambord

LYCHEE MARTINI: Absolut vodka, lychee juice, coconut cream, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Cointreau

SHANGHAI PHILIPPE: Stoli Strawberry, Elderflower syrup, muddled fresh strawberries, champagne
