Don’t know what to do for dinner tomorrow? For a feast and a fundraiser, Taco Rosa is the place to be. They’ll be hosting their monthly culinary demonstration, but in addition to getting schooled on the ins and outs of Mexican cooking, they’ll also be hosting a fundraiser for the Child Guidance Center, so sit down for a meal, enjoy the demo and enjoy the fact that with every bite you take, you’ll be giving back to one of the most important charities in OC.
Taco Rosa founder Ivan Calderon and Executive Javier Zambrano will be cooking up Mexico City enchiladas with beans, rice and a sweet corn tamalio. From 3:00 p.m., diners can enjoy the cooking show and a prix-fixe menu that includes the featured dish as well as a tequila tasting with Tequila los Azelejos. Diners can enjoy the meal along with botanitas, dessert and exciting giveaways for just $30.00.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the Child Guidance Center, which provides in-home and on campus assistance to over 1,200 families throughout Orange County in Mission Viejo, Santa Ana, Fullerton and various Family Resource Centers.
