This glamourous event will have you savoring on delicacies such as Taylor Bay scallops, Asian lobster spoons and smoked duck breast with blackberry sauce paired with crisp whites and luscious ruby reds from Jordan’s Vineyard & Winery.
The Forge’s renowned Chef Dewey Losasso will be teaming up to tantalize your taste buds with Executive Sommelier Gino Santangelo and Jordan Vineyard & Winery Executive Sommelier Ronald Du Preez for a night to remember. The dinner series will be hosted in the luxurious and lavish surroundings of The Forge restaurant, which over this last year has received a facelift of more than $10 million dollars in decadent renovations and a completely revived menu update fit for a king and queen.
The evening’s event will begin at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday March 22, 2011 with passed around delights followed by a four-course meal and wine pairing.
