Last week Dubai witnessed a stunning array of mega-yachts at the 19th Dubai International Boat Show held at the Dubai International Marine Club at the Mina Seyahi Hall. UAE-based Gulf Craft, the region’s largest and most internationally renowned boat manufacturer introduced a new model from each of its three distinct brands: Majesty, Oryx, and Silvercraft. The new models include Majesty 70, Oryx 42 Open, and Silvercraft 38CC fishing boat as well as the ‘Gulf 95 Exp’, a brand new 95 foot yacht introducing a new lifestyle concept to the Middle East.
Last year saw a 40% increase in sales for Gulf Craft which leads the renowned boat manufacturer to predict more success for 2011. “A turbulent economic and political climate worldwide has given birth to a new breed of customers worldwide, with different aspirations as compared to yacht buyers 3-4 years ago.
