This romantic wine bar will serve a specialty menu under the direction of executive chef Dewey LoSasso, who will use specialty ingredients that are known for being aphrodisiacs liek ousters, dark chocolate, and truffles. BLT Steak

Chef de Cuisine Sam Gorenstein has created a special four-course prix-fixe menu for Valentine’s day in one of Miami’s most romantic restaurants. The menu will include a choice of Chilean Wagyu Flat Iron 12 oz. or Pan Roasted Halibut among other delcious sides and dessert choices.

Executive Chef David Werly will present two exceptional menus featuring ingredients that have been specifically destined for romance. Choose from a five or seven-course tasting menu featuring Cannelloni of Avocado with Scallops Ceviche, Aphrodisiac Yellow Tail Hamachi, Kushi Oysters, Sonoma Duck Foie Gras, Nova Scotia Lobster Raviloi with Nantucket Bay Scallops, and Bitter Sweet Warm Chocolate Tart. Each course is wine paired by Head Sommelier Dwayne Savoie. The Five-Course Menu will be offered Saturday, Feb. 12, and both menus will be available on  Monday, Feb. 14 .

The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach

For just $72 a person, you can enjoy a ‘Kiss by Candlelight’ at the hotel’s Bistro One LR overlooking the infinity pool illuminated by hundreds of candles where you and the one you love can enjoy an elaborate three-course meal. Vine e Olio is spreading the love for V-day over the course of the entire weekend. From Friday, Feb. 11 to Monday, Feb. 14, guests  can chose from the special Due Cuori “Two Hearts” menu, which will feature seared Florida shrimp and scallops in a garbanzo and rosemary cream, “Hearts of Burrat” along with homemade heart-shaped raviola, finishing off with Chef Andrea’s spiced chcolate pie with Zacapa rum creme.

The five-course “Very Viceroy Valentine’s” menu will be availbale all weekend long at the Viceroy miami from Friday, Feb. 11 through Monday, Feb. 14. Viceroy is also offering an exclusive private Valentine’s Day dining option, Love is Blind at the outdoor “Fireplace” at Eos. Guests will taste various petit fours with a blind fold placed over their eyes, taking turns feeding their partners and trying to guess the flavors.
