On Saturday, Feb. 26, foodies with a penchant for fresh, high-quality steak and seafood can please their palates at STK Miami Presents “Surf & Turf.” With the culinary powerhouse pair of STK’s executive chef Ralph Pagano of Hell’s Kitchen fame and Top Chef Masters’ chef Rick Moonen, the event is sure to bring the absolute best of both land and sea. The dinner will take place on the mezzanine of STK in the chic Gansevoort South Beach Hotel in celebration of this year’s Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The event will begin at 8 p.m. with a convivial cocktail hour and a private dinner to follow at 9 p.m.

Executive chef of STK Ralph Pagano has been serving his unique interpretation of world flavors for two decades now and, as a proud part of the local Miami food scene, has helped to establish South Florida in the culinary world. The fusion of these two chefs’ creations is sure to create a four-course culinary masterpiece. The dishes will be expertly paired with wines and spirits including Chambord vodka, Herradura tequila, Collingwood whiskey and a selection of organic wines from Bonterra Vineyard.
