Audi and designer J. Mendel celebrated the kick off of Golden Globes week with a star-studded evening at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood. Golden Globe nominated actors Sofia Vergara, Matthew Morrison and Jane Lynch along with Zac Efron, Zoe Saldana, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Brittany Snow, Sophia Bush and Zachary Levi all arrived at the event in the all-new Audi A8, the brand’s luxury flagship sedan.

Throughout the evening, partygoers stopped to admire the Audi vehicles on display including “True Blood” star Alexander Skarsgard who was seen checking out the R8 Spyder. Guests including Jane Lynch also took in a J. Mendel installation featuring stunning red carpet gowns.

Also present was Ryan Seacrest’s main squeeze, Julianne Hough, wearing a gunmetal J. Mendel cocktail dress, couldn’t wait to catch up with her former “Dancing With the Stars” partner Apolo Ohno. The winning pair shared a huge hug and talked throughout the night.

Also seen chatting were Zachary Levi, Adam Shankman and Zoe Saldana, who sported a gorgeous J. Mendel dove grey leather dress and showed off her engagement ring. And the two resident hotties from “Grey’s Anatomy” — Jesse Williams and Kevin McKidd caught up throughout the evening.

Zac Efron laughed while Kathy Griffin played with his newly shorter hair and tried to convince him to become more active on Twitter…but if you were being played with by Kathy Griffin, wouldn’t you giggle like a schoolgirl too? Efron later caught up with Brittany Snow and Sophia Bush and the group danced together when the deejay played “Single Ladies.” At the end of the night, Zac embraced “Glee” star Matthew Morrison who stopped by after the Lakers game.

Also in attendance were James Marsden, Dania Ramirez, Trevor Donovan, one of my favorite artists Billy Zane, Cassie Scerbo, Paz Vega, Chris Zylka, Kaley Cuoco, Perrey Reeves, Sara Rue, and Teri Polo.
