1 Soul Cycle
Is anyone surprised that this is number one on my list? If you haven’t tried Soul Cycle, you are missing out! The New York City-based indoor cycling studio has set up shop in South Beach for the winter. Soul Cycle’s combination of great music, awesome instructors and endorphin-inducing spin sessions exuded have made it one of the most sought after workouts in all of New York, frequented by celebs like Kelly Ripa and Brooke Shields, and more has said to burn at least 500 calories in an hour.

2 Bikram Yoga South Beach
Bikram yoga is a series of 26 hatha yoga postures practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity. The heat allows all body types to stretch safely. Classes are open to all levels and ages and great for women and men–even Ashton Kutcher has been spotted doing Bikram. Bring a mat, towel, and LOTS of water. If you think yoga is an easy workout, take a Bikram class and be proven wrong!

Zenergy is The Sports Club/LA’s first-ever signature class. This yoga/cardio fusion class uses traditional yoga moves to prepare for and restore from more athletic moves through creative sequencing.. It’s got the benefits of yoga (strength, relaxation and flexibility) combined with those of cardio (conditioning, elevated heart rate).
4 JetSet Pilates
