What Made Him Haute: In the early 1980s, Tony Goldman arrived in Miami to visit a friend, and ended up remaining there with his company, Goldman Properties, transforming the Art Deco District from its deteriorating state of being into the esteemed sanctuary that is has come to be. Tony Goldman is also acknowledged in the vast renovation of Soho, the modern renaissance of Philadelphia’s Center City, and the revitalization of Miami’s Wynwood Art District, along with his son, Joey Goldman. Today, you can view the 800 Ocean Drive addition of The Goldman’s South Beach property, The Hotel, located in the heart of the Goldman-rejuvenated neighborhood.

What Makes Him Haute Now: Being the chairman and CEO of the prestigious Goldman Properties, Tony Goldman, along with reconstructing some of the country’s most thriving areas, has also had the honor of being the receiver for the Louise du Pont Crowninshield Award this year.
