1 Gordon Ramsay's Verre
Yes, Gordon Ramsay has made his way to Dubai. His recently refurbished Verre restaurant is proof of his culinary presence. Michelin star Head Chef Scott Price runs the show which features an innovative chef's table: Diners have a full view of the kitchen, a bespoke menu, and are personally served by the chef himself. Verre was the first celebrity restaurant to open in Dubai in 2001.

Six time Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire has opened a high-class French restaurant in Dubai's Intercontinental Hotel in Festival City. Luxurious baroque decor with rich red upholstery, Reflets serves the celebrity chef's specialty dishes. Termed the "father of molecular gastronomy," most of the foods prepared will arrive in parts.
