The Holiday Ice Spectacular

Get ready to officially ring in some holiday cheer with a show that is guaranteed to put you in the spirit of the season. Playing at Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre from December 16-24, The Holiday Ice Spectacular is a delightfully entertaining combo of music, ice skating, dance and comedy, sure to engage audiences and evoke an abundance of sentiment for the season. The holidays are meant to be celebrated and enjoyed and this is the perfect way to commence the festivities of the season.

Making its’ first appearance in Atlanta, The Holiday Ice Spectacular is the wonderfully festive and crowd-pleasing production created and conceived by Georgia native Jeb K. Rand. Rand also has the distinction of receiving international acclaim not only in the world of professional figure skating, but also as a highly sought after producer and director. The goal of this production is the hope that it becomes a holiday tradition, something that families and loved ones can enjoy every year that evokes feelings of wonder, excitement and laughter.

The 90 minute long show features stellar solo performances, beautiful duets and routines featuring some of the country’s best skaters. The great thing about this show is that it is like a hodgepodge of all of your holiday favorites coming together to create a new and magical experience that is equally new and familiar simultaneously. Grab a lovely lunch or delicious dinner (depending on showtimes) and then head on over and check out what is sure to be the show of the season that will have Atlanta collectively buzzing.

Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com and range in price from $20-$69. Depending on the performance date, showtimes will run at either 2 or 8 p.m. with some show having two daily performances and others having only one performance.
