2 Kierland Commons

So much more than a shopping center, Kierland Commons is a "lifestyle center," featuring 600,000 square feet of shops, restaurants, office space and upscale condominiums called The Plaza Lofts. Designed to be a "Main Street"-style development, the open-air Kierland Commons features palm trees and brilliantly colored bougainvillea lining the sidewalks as well as a community square at its center, complete with a spectacular fountain, green space and seating. Some of the prominent shops at Kierland include Bose, Charles David, Coach, French Connection, Gauthier L'atelier, Isaac Jewelers, Jacadi, Juicy Couture, Sur La Table, White House | Black Market, and many, many more. You'll also find some of the area's finest restaurants here for divine pick-me-ups, such as Zinc Bistro, Tommy Bahama's, RA Sushi Bar & Restaurant, NoRTH, Morton's The Steakhouse, Mastro's Ocean Club, Bobby's Restaurant and Jazz Lounge and others. 3 Scottsdale Quarter

The new kid on the block, the open-air Scottsdale Quarter is actually not yet fully completed. However, it's already established itself as one of the Valley's premier retail centers, with 600,000 square feet of space and some seriously great shops, including the Apple Store, Williams-Sonoma Home, West Elm, Nike, Giggle, Deegie's Carma, and a host of others that are set to open soon, such as Lululemon Athletica, Republic of Couture, Beach Bunny Swimwear, Te Boutique and more. The much-anticipated IPic Theatres will be opening at the Quarter on Dec. 17. The center of the retail and entertainment area has a sense of community, thanks to the herb garden, open grassy area and pathways and benches for passersby. Culinary delights in the complex include some spectacular options: True Food Kitchen, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Oakville Grocery and Primebar. And soon to open are TK's Urban Tavern, Stingray Sushi, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Dominick's Steakhouse and other premier restaurants. So shop 'til you drop, then indulge, and then shop some more!

The center courtyard is the site of many outdoor concerts and markets throughout the year, surrounded by an eclectic array of unique boutiques. Come explore the wares of Alea Mari & Co., Baudine's Lady Luxe, Femme de Paris, Green With Ivy, James Elliot Jewelers, Lollipops Paris, M80 Art, Optical Shop of Aspen, Platella Silver Boutique, Saddlebags, The Perfume Shoppe, Unique Vintage Chic, The Tuscan Ranch, Zeeba Boutique and more. With more than 75 retailers on the property and more than 611,000 square feet of store space, this center is popular among notable residents who live in the area, such as Phoenix Suns players and major local business moguls.
