Ulysse Nardin Mono Boutique Opens in Moscow with Anna Chapman as a Special Guest

First mono brand boutique Ulysse Nardin opened in Moscow. The opening ceremony was officiated by the president of Ulysse Nardin, Rolf W. Schnyder and special invitee Russian spy Anna Chapman (who was invited to cut the ribbon). The new boutique presents a full range of masterpieces of legendary Swiss manufacture — Complicated Timepiece, Exceptional Timepiece, Marine, Ulysse, Macho, Ladies Timepiece, Dual Time and Classico collections.

Ulysse Nardin is a watch manufacturer founded in 1846 in Switzerland. Historically Ulysse Nardin was best known for being a manufacturer of marine chromometres.

Incorporating a new design concept, the new Ulysse Nardin boutique has an elegant and radiant interior, creating a comfortable environment for customers to shop from a wide range of Ulysse Nardin Timepieces. The dominant light color of marble floors and walls is combined with mahogany decorative panels. Embedded windows-portholes remind of super yachts cabin and emphasize the sporty image of the brand, its strong-willed, independent character. In new store the preferences even of the most demanding clientele will be taken for granted.

Undoubtedly, the mono brand boutique Ulysse Nardin will become a real jam of architectural ensemble at Nikolskaya street, where it is located just a stone away from Red Square. Four years ago Kremlin towers inspired Ulysse Nardin craftsmen to create a unique collection of Kremlin Set wristwatches with the depiction of St. Basil Cathedral. They worked more than a month to create the watch. It is presented in a case in the shape of an egg from the famous Faberge royal collection. Kremlin Set Series became a symbol of unity of Swiss craftsmanship and Russian jewelry.

Creating Kremlin Set somewhere in the remote Swiss Alps, genius inventor Rolf Schneider — an avid fan of Russian history and culture — predicted the future neighborhood with the Kremlin chimes.

Opening of the first mono brand boutique in Moscow marked a new stage in the development of Ulysse Nardin, not only in Russia but also worldwide.
