Pavone is an impressive addition to Mayfairs fine dining scene. Launched by restaurant entrepreneur Fabrizoio Cacace, the menu delivers freshly prepared Mediterranean cuisine with an Italian twist. Expect to eat taglietelle truffle pasta, squid and scallops served with black rice and rocket salad, and a traditional homemade tiramisu in these swish surroundings.

2 Nicole’s Restaurant and Bar

Part of the London flagship store from renowned designer Nicole Farhi, Nicole’s Restaurant and Bar in plush Mayfair is a split-level dinner in contemporary an minimalist design. Lemonia is a popular eatery amongst the Primrose Hill set. You can enjoy a glass of wine in their botanical garden conservatory while enjoying a selection of their Greek-Cypriot inspired dishes. The best way to tackle the menu is to share one of the chef’s traditional mezzes. Away from the charcoal grill is also a haven for vegetarians with temptations including black-eyed beans cooked with fresh spinach, olive oil and lemon juice.
