On Tuesday, Oct. 26, the French Consulate, LVMH and Dom Pérignon held a special breakfast with Henri Loyrette, director of the Louvre at the Consulate General of France in New York City. The breakfast was the first in a series of morning talks of which Consul General Philippe Lalliot said he hoped would become a forum for its participants to talk freely about French culture, politics and business.
