I salute any strict vegetarian who resides in Miami, considering that there are not many vegetarian-only restaurants here. Despite this, many places have now created menus that reflect more vegetarian-friendly options. We’ve put together a list of the top 5 restaurants in Miami that will satisfy both vegetarians and their meat-loving companions.
1 Giardino Gourmet Salads
Voted the No. 1 healthy fast food restaurant by the New Times, Giardino Gourmet Salads provides dozens of compelling, fresh salad options. You can choose from one of their signature specialty salads, or choose the ingredients to create your own. According to them, all of their salads are "hand tossed to perfection and love."
