Tonight, check your inhibitions at the door. Opening for the first time to the public tonight, the Fountainebleau Miami Beach debuts Arkadia, its new ultra-lounge and pool concept that’s designed to be super sexy and the “ultimate adult playground in Miami Beach.”
Following the reputation of the Fontainebleau and its celebrity-magnet LIV nightclub, Arkadia has already garnered local and national buzz as the new hotspot for celebrities and Miami A-listers. On Saturday, Oct. 23, rapper Drake took over the space to celebrate his birthday, and on Sunday, Oct. 24, Arkadia threw a private preview party with LeBron James, Alex Rodriguez, Edward Norton and Elle MacPherson in attendance.
The lounge features 25 tables, overstuffed sofas, two full-service bars to accommodate more than 300 guests. Distinguished designer Francois Frossard created the space to resemble a mirrored jewelry box, with the ceiling, bars, and DJ booth covered in laser-cut gold mirrors. DJ Ross One will man the mirror-studded DJ booth every Saturday night.
This scene of seduction promises the element of surprise is always on the menu. Evenings at Arkadia will feature DJs from around the world, over-the-top entertainment, and fashion installations from world-renowned designers.
