Symphonix Holds First Party of the Year

On September 30, 2010 the San Francisco Symphonix league hosted their first party of the symphony season. The event took place in the gorgeous entrance courtyard of the Stanford Court Renaissance atop Nob Hill, serving as a perfect outdoor venue on the warm San Francisco evening.

DJ Dylan Cahill spun tunes as projected clips of fashion shows decorated the walls.  Guests enjoyed complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres while mingling with fellow Symphonix members around the festive center fountain.

The Stanford Court Renaissance held a raffle prize drawing, which included a complimentary stay at their hotel as well as a $1,000 donation to the winner’s favorite charity, which serendipitously was the San Francisco Symphony.  All proceeds went to benefit the San Francisco Symphony and its education and community programs, providing music education to over 75,000 Bay Area children each year.

The San Francisco Symphonix is an organization of young professionals who are socially minded, culturally curious, and professionally active and have a growing interest in the San Francisco Symphony. Symphonix members receive access to exclusive membership events, such as cocktail parties, dinner, and galas, as well as members‐only Symphony ticket pricing, and advance notice of special events like Opening Gala and the Black & White Ball.
