Wes Zane was the wine bar pioneer in Hawaii. Before opening popular date spot, Formaggio Wine Bar in 2003, Honolulu didn’t have an upscale, casual spot to sip varieties of pours to pair with complimenting tapas. Since striking success with the intimate eatery, he expanded Laughing Gravy Restaurants to include Burgers on the Edge, Good to Grill, Caliente del Sol, and Formaggio Grill in Kailua. Wes knows a lot about Hawaii, especially the best way to sip your way through it.
