What Makes Him Haute: Aby Rosen recently ended a long-time partnership in one of his boutique hotels in New York and has become the sole owner. Rosen is ready to make a new project out of the Gramercy Park Hotel and has several ideas he is putting in motion immediately. Plans to flip the hotel, renovating the original updates that he and his former partner first completed are under way. After renovations are finished Rosen is seriously contemplating putting it on the market. However, if Rosen decides to keep the hotel instead of selling it, arrangements will be made to have a hotel company take over the management.
