Reward Me: Get in on the Venetian, Palazzo’s Grazie Program and Watch Wolfgang Puck Cook

Chef Wolfgang Puck

Need an excuse to join a rewards program? How about a cooking demonstration from Chef Wolfgang Puck? Grazie, The Venetian and the Palazzo’s loyalty program, is giving members a chance to watch the chef that put celebrity restaurants on the map prepare dishes and ask him questions from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Venetian Showroom.

Puck plans to prepare a three-course meal featuring Louie salad with shrimp, crab and lobster, Matsutake mushroom risotto with Liberty Farms duck breast and parmesan reggiano, and chocolate raspberry soufflé for dessert. Afterward, Grazie members can taste the dishes from the demonstration at Postrio Bar & Grill, which will offer a specially priced prix fixe menu for this occasion only.

To attend the cooking demonstration, Grazie members will be able to book a special package that includes tickets to the demonstration or present their Grazie card at the demonstration registration area for a ticket to the appearance (limited availability). For reservations call 866.403.8046 and mention code EVXWGPD by Sept. 14 to book the special package. For more information on the Grazie loyalty program or to become a Grazie member, call 877.2GRAZIE or 702.414.4116.

Don’t think this is a one-off event either. Members of Grazie get immediate access to exclusive packages and amenities, and invitations to select events and offers. The culinary showcase kicked off in June with Chef Mario Batali, who has restaurants at the Venetian and the Palazzo.
