From parties, to shows, and celebrity soirees, Haute Living consulted with Fitness and Lifestyle Expert Rebecca Kordecki on how to stay fresh, focused, and balanced during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week frenzy we all love.
Q. What are three tips to stay fit and focused during NTFW?
1. Start each morning with 30-45 minutes of some physical activity. Yoga, running, a brisk walk in the park or any other type of exercise to get your muscles warmed up and your heart pumping, will prepare you for the long day ahead.
2. Drink ample amounts of water throughout the day – this will help flush out toxins and keep you hydrated and alert.
3. At the end of each day take 10-15 minutes to stretch your back and legs (specifically hamstrings) from the long hours of sitting.
