San Francisco Symphony Opening Gala
The opening of the San Francisco Symphony is always a sophisticated affair. A hosted dinner and cocktail hour is followed with a stunning symphony performance. Following the opening are a variety of after parties hosted at the tents and City Hall.
San Francisco Opera Ball
Nothing says high society like an evening at the opera. The Opera Ball commences each opening season of the San Francisco Opera. Guests are treated to a dinner and cocktail reception at City Hall follows by an evening performance.

Painted Turtle Benefit
This affair is a little less swanky, but nonetheless a fun time supporting a great charity. This annual dance party is popular with the twenty-something crowd. It is hosted at Bimbos 365 Club and always has a guest appearance by popular 80’s cover band Tainted Love. The fundraiser helps raise money for The Painted Turtle camp, which was founded by Paul Newman.
San Francisco Ballet Opening Night Gala
January always marks the beginning of a new year, and a new season or the San Francisco Ballet. Their opening night gala hosts a cocktail reception and dinner in City Hall followed by a ballet performance in the Opera House.

The Black & White Ball
The Black & White Ball is by far the most prestigious event in San Francisco. Everybody who is anybody attends this annual event. The Ball is a night of food, music and dancing in San Francisco’s Civic Center. In addition, the party usually hosts celebrity musical guest appearances.
