Socialites always have a place in Vegas. Today, Tinsley Mortimer celebrated her 34th birthday at Tao Beach at the Venetian. The New York City socialite and star of High Society kicked off her first-ever Vegas trip with dinner at Tao on Friday and continued the celebrations on Saturday, starting with some in-suite pampering where Lavetta Fajardo of Kim Vo Salon at the Mirage styled her blonde locks.

Once at Tao Beach Mortimer, along with her boyfriend Brian Mazza, sister Dabney Mercer and friends took over the grand cabana. The petite beauty showed off a perfect summer body in a black and white gingham bikini from Betsey Johnson and sexy Yves Saint Laurent stilettos. After enjoying cocktails and lunch, the birthday girl was surprised with a sand pail cake from Gimme Some Sugar delivered by an animal float parade as the entire venue sang to her.  DJ Tatiana provided the soundtrack for the day.

On Friday, the Honorable Alex Ferrer, host of the TV series Judge Alex, was spotted at Tao Beach, as was Kelly Bensimon of The Real Housewives of New York, who returned for the third day in a row.

Mortimer dined at Tao Asian Bistro Friday night along with her sister Mercer and friends. Mortimer sipped lychee martinis at the Asian bistro and enjoyed lobster wontons, orange chicken and sushi. While Mortimer turned in early to rest up for the celebrations, her sister and friends hit the nightclub to take in the sounds of DJ Ruckus.

At Lavo, Jason Kennedy dined at the Italian eatery with friends before heading up to the nightclub. The E! News correspondent enjoyed Grey Goose cocktails and took in the scene from a table on the dance floor.

Also spotted at Lavo was Steve Ward, host of VH1’s Tough Love. Arriving with group of friends from New York City as part of a bachelor party, the relationship expert drank vodka and Red Bull cocktails and toasted the bachelor with a glass of Moet.
