Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Debuts New Private Dining Venues

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain has unveiled some inspiring new venues in its elements restaurant, designed especially for private dining and special event experiences.

Perhaps the most exciting of them is XII, the new private chef’s table, able to seat just 12 guests, making for the ultimate in exclusive dinners. Guests will be thrilled by a chef’s greeting, a custom display table of hors d’oeuvres and a multi-course tasting menu. The in-room curtains and sliding glass doors can even be pulled aside to offer guests glimpses into the show kitchen, providing the opportunity for interaction.

Sanctuary also has a new wine corridor, which houses and displays nearly 1,000 bottles as well as a sommelier station. Guests will pass through here on their way into Praying Monk, a wonderful indoor-outdoor area capable of accommodating 60 persons for a private dinner or 100 persons for a cocktail reception. The glass walls can be moved aside to offer guests spectacular unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain and the tranquil infinity pool.

Brides and grooms-to-be will be excited to hear that Sanctuary’s new Sunset Garden, able to accommodate up to 60 guests, is designed to be an especially fantastic venue for wedding ceremonies – particularly those of the intimate variety. Imagine descending a majestic staircase into a cozy and romantic garden area with the mountain and setting sun as your backdrop. Dazzling.

Further elements restaurant additions include edge, a stylish cocktail bar located on the deck outside jade bar, and Sunset Space, a private dining area located in elements’ northwest corner featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, unparalleled views and draperies that can be closed for even more privacy.
