As we made our way through the shows and lounges, we couldn’t help but notice the always stunning Hilary Rhoda, who has appeared in advertisements for Balenciaga, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, and Gucci and graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar.
On Friday, July 16 at The One Group’s LifeStyle Retreat Lounge at the Ganesvoort, Hilary enjoyed smart water among celebs, media, models and industry VIPs. The lounge consisted of luxury gifting suites, beauty salons, complimentary appetizers and cocktails. We here at Haute Living were to take a breather at the lounge and enjoy specialty appetizers and cocktails off the STK Miami menu including their signature mini-burgers, tuna tartar, Rose Champagne, Botran Rum Mojitos and the overly desired “Nothing Standard.” Jean Marc Choffel, celebrity hair stylist to Sharon Stone, Fergie and Lindsey Lohan provided an array of services for everyone to enjoy, including Hilary. Over at the DJ IRIE Music Lounge, we jammed out to sounds from a lineup of Artist Related DJs including DJ Irie himself. And outside, Prestige Audi-Lamborghini Miami showcased a Special Edition 2010 LP56 Spyder fit for the fashionista herself.
At the showcase of exclusive LUXE by Lisa Vogel on Saturday July 17, Hilary posed with the designer in support of Oceana, the largest international nonprofit organization focused solely on ocean conservation. They work to help preserve and restore water and beach quality, fisheries, fish habitats, and marine sanctuaries with offices in North America, Central America, South America and Europe. Pretty and an advocate!
She was also caught behind the wheel playing the highly anticipated Gran Turismo® 5 game exclusively for the PlayStation® 3 (PS3™) system at the Raleigh on Sunday, July 18. Also at the Raleigh were looks from Cia.Maritima, Luli Fama and Caffe Swimwear and beauty by Clarisonic Sonic Skin Care. Cia.Maritima, arguably Brazil’s favorite beachwear brand, showcased their 2011 collection of earthy tones, eye-catching jewels and bohemian luxuries perfect for vintage Miami chicks.
