President and CEO of Hirschfeld Properties since 1997, Elie Hirschfeld has dedicated his professional life to real estate development planning and implementation. Hirschfeld guides the strategic development of the company and leads all aspects of development. His illustrious projects have included the development of prominent New York City properties such as the Grand Sutton, the Hotel Pennsylvania, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Park Avenue Court, the Gotham and Exchange Tower.

 

Over the years, Hirschfeld has built partnerships with distinguished real estate development firms including Zeckendorf Organization, the Donald Trump Organization, The Silverstein Organization, Empire Realty Group, Belz Enterprises of Memphis and the shopping mall development group, The Mel Simon Organization.

Before joining Hirschfeld properties, Hirschfeld worked as an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, serving clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Rockefeller Center, and the New York Stock Exchange. Hirschfeld is an avid sportsman, having completed several marathons and triathlons. He is also an ardent art collector, collecting original art scenes of NYC. Remaining engaged in many educational and cultural organizations, Hirschfeld’s philanthropy directly benefits the life of the NYC community.
