Slather on that sunscreen and enjoy a great meal on some of Atlanta’s hautest patios. Hopefully, you will catch some breeze and stay cool. If not, a refreshing cold cocktail always does the trick. Here are the Haute 5 outdoor dining restaurants  in Atlanta.

Located in one of the older Buckhead bungalows, this casual American eatery has a very lively patio.  It is a great place to bring your pets as you unwind after a day at work. Thursday nights are the best with live music starting at 7 p.m.

Mosaic is located at 3097 Maple Dr., 404.846.5722

Located at Phipps Plaza, Twist, is a very chic spot for some post-shopping cocktails and tapas. For those who like to see and be seen, make sure to get a seat on the 75-person patio, overlooking Peachtree Street, where you can sip on your cocktail and look pretty. This Buckhead restaurant is a hot spot most nights, so make sure to look sexy when you hit this spot. You never know who you may run into here.

Twist is located at 3500 Peachtree St. N.E., 404.869.1191

JCT Kitchen

The Westside favorite actually has a really great rooftop patio. Many don’t realize this because they go to eat at JCT for the delicious Southern Fare. But if you venture up the stairs, you will find a very laid back patio-style spot with a bar and small bites menu. You should definitely check out the live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

JCT Kitchen is located at 1178 Howell Mill Rd., 404.355.2252

A patio right on Peachtree Street is the perfect way to watch the action of the city. TAP, located in the heart of Midtown, and conveniently next to the High Museum of Art, boasts a year-round patio for you to enjoy food and libations. Bring your dog (maybe a friend or two) and relax with a cold beer in hand on this spacious outdoor space.

Tap is located at 1180 Peachtree St., 404.347.2220

Arguably one of the best outdoor dining spots in Midtown. Located on Juniper (where all the action takes place) this neighborhood restaurant is always filled with good times. Whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner, the outdoor area of Einstein’s is rarely empty. And that is impressive considering it spans three houses and seats up to 200 people.

Einstein’s is located at 1077 Juniper St., 404.876.7925
