MR CHOW Beijing Chicken
Ingredients
• Fresh chicken breast
• Bean sauce
• Sugar
• 1 egg
• Vegetable oil
• Water
• Salt
• Sesame seed oil
• Vegetable oil
To marinate chicken: Mix cubed chicken with egg whites, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, salt and water to marinate the chicken. Deep-fry the marinated chicken (make sure chicken doesn’t stick together). Drain the oil from chicken and put it aside.
Heat the wok with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and add bean sauce, sugar, and sesame seed oil.
