Michelle Howard learned the floral business with her family’s Los Angeles studio that created arrangements for the Academy Awards, Paramount Studios and City of Hope. Now her 10-year-old Flora Couture by Floral 2000 has made it on TLC’s “A Wedding Story,” “The View” and was the official florist of the Miss America Pageant in 2006 and 2007. Her team includes a dozen designers.
