But if the little ones won’t let you get away for that long, why not bring them along, “Mommy & Me” Cooking Class? On Saturday, May 8, moms can take a specialized cooking class with the junior chef in their life. Armed with recipes and ingredients, mother and child will work together as a team to create their own culinary masterpieces. Class is from 10 a.m. to noon and is priced at $65 for the mother and child ($30 for additional child).

Or you can spend the Saturday with famed celebrichef Michelle Bernstein for the interactive Champagne Deutz luncheon in the ballroom. And finally, finish off the Mother’s Day extravaganza weekend with the renowned Sunday Champagne Brunch. The grand American Sunday brunch tradition takes its own signature twist combining European flair, Latin exuberance and Miami’s very own tropical style.
