The highlight of the auction are the pieces of Patricia Kluge, a Palm Beach socialite, vintner, and philanthropist, who was once married to John Kluge, a member of the Forbes 400 List of Wealthiest People in the World. Kluge’s collection features rare white and yellow diamonds, suites of sapphires and rubies, as well as an iconic Cartier Panthere jewel.
Also featured in the Magnificent Jewels Sale is a rare ruby once worn by Isabella Stewart Gardner, a Tiffany & Co. emerald bracelet from the Art Deco period, and a contemporary vivid yellow diamond necklace.
