Taylor Jacobson to Collaborate with Kasil Denim

Taylor Jacobson, Rachel Zoe’s former assistant, has partnered with Kasil to create a line for The Workshop. Her new denim line named is set to debut later this year.

After watching the drama unfold in the Rachel Zoe Project with assistant Taylor’s constant frustration, it was a relief to hear the funky stylist has parted ways with the company in November of last year. Now it is on to new projects for Jacobson, who’s funky rocker-chic style has caught the eye of David Lim of Kasil denim.

In an effort to bring new and fresh talent to the public, Lim created The Workshop. Under this platform designers, artists and brands will collaborate to create beautiful lines. Looks like Ms. Jacobson got her wish, because all her sassy moments and complaining about wanting to move on with her career have landed her a deal with Kasil. Her line will feature ultra skinny jeans, named Minx. The jeans look pretty simple but the key will be in the fit; although it might only be suited for that super-skinny, Taylor-esque gal.   Those absolutely loving the edgy look of Taylor Jacobson will delight in the slim jeans that come in four types of washes.

The line is supposed to debut this Fall/Winter season. Aside from designing, Jacobson is also the new face of Everyday Minerals, an organic mineral makeup line.
